The preservative they use in the blood is unpleasant to ingest, but it would suffice.

Holy water and crosses do not work, at least on the vampires of my world. The idea of a singular faith being effective against my kind when others are not is a form of propaganda we have perpetuated to protect ourselves.

I would rather you not kill her. To my understanding, she is not like this normally. Something of this place has caused her to become so.

[ Fear might not be the right word. Sharkface doesn't particularly care what Godric might do to him, but he can't die yet. There's work he needs to finish back home. But there are others among the Displaced that he's started to care for, and they deserve to live with as little pain as possible. ]

However, should I become compromised by this place, I would likely become a threat far beyond what most are accustomed to. I have given your friend Mr. Belmont leave to kill me should such a thing come to pass.

I cannot speak to what silver does to others not of my world, but it restrains me, and burns badly.

[ That's a hell of a thing to say to anyone. And the phrasing is telling. So long as I am possessed of my own mind. Sharkface doesn't respond immediately, turning that over in his head. Of course vampires go insane. They're not human, but they're close enough. Might even suffer some of the same damage. They certainly mirror the cruelties that humans rain down on each other. And it looks like Godric's accepted the possibility that it might come. Madness, insanity, whatever you want to call it. He already died once. The possibility of doing it again doesn't seem to phase him, either. ]
